What is different
Many Japanese grammar patterns look identical once translated into Korean. KotoSense shows the difference in a situation and, when you get a question wrong, explains not “why you were wrong” but how the meaning would have changed had you chosen that answer. A few days later it asks again with a different sentence, to tell memorised answers from understanding.
What it does
- Units per level (basic, N5 to N1) and 5–10 minute study sets: explanation → examples (reading toggle) → questions → done
- An explanation for every choice; ordering questions are filled in by pieces
- Review with a daily cap (mistakes first). Review reminders only if you turn them on, and only on the device
- Weak-spot view: meaning / connection and conjugation / similar patterns / context
- Export and reset your records. No account, no server, no ads
Said plainly
- A study aid for JLPT grammar. It promises no result and is not affiliated with the exam organisers.
- Level grouping is the app’s own; the organisers publish no grammar list.
- The 1.0 content is a draft before human review and every screen says so. Report mistakes with the in-app button and they get fixed.
