What is different
Ordinary shared calendars offer nothing between “show everything” and “show nothing”. In WhenWeave you choose, for every event and for every group you share with (a Space), one of three:
- Private — the default. Not even its existence is visible.
- Busy only — just that you are busy then. Title, place and notes are never sent by the server.
- Share details — title, time and place. Notes are always yours alone.
Turn on “Share my availability” for a Space and your busy time enters that Space’s day comparison and free-time search as merged blocks only. What you are busy with appears nowhere.
What it does
- Month view and day agenda, repeating events and “this time only” exceptions
- Spaces (partner, family, friends, work), joined by invitation link
- Side-by-side day comparison per person
- FindWhen — pick a range, a length and hours; it proposes the time two people share
- Propose a time → the other person accepts → one event on both calendars
- Reminders that fire only on your device; themes and app icons
