Who runs this site
Motitory, a one-person studio in Japan. Privacy questions and requests: motitory@gmail.com.
What is processed
There are no accounts or sign-ups, and no forms asking for your name or contact details.
When you open a page, our host Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser details (User-Agent), the address requested and the time, to deliver the page, block attacks and count visits. We do not use this to identify individual visitors.
If you email us, we keep your address and message for as long as needed to answer and keep a record of the request.
What you type into the tools
Text, numbers and dates entered in the tools (/tools) are processed in your browser only; they are not sent to a server or stored.
The text-to-speech tool hands your text to your browser's and operating system's speech synthesis. Some online voices are generated on their provider's servers.
Stored in your browser
If you choose light or dark mode, the choice is kept in your browser's localStorage under "motitory.theme". It is not sent to a server.
This site currently sets no cookies.
Sent to third parties
Fonts (Pretendard) load from jsDelivr, so your browser sends jsDelivr your IP address, browser details and the page address (Referer), for the purpose of displaying the font.
Processing abroad
This information may pass through servers of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) and jsDelivr worldwide. We do not otherwise share or sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold (such as your emails) at the address above. We answer as soon as we can and within 30 days.
Changes
Changes are posted here with a new effective date. Before ads are introduced, this page is updated first.
