Questions
Which contrast levels?
WCAG 2: at least 4.5:1 for body text (AA), 7:1 for AAA, 3:1 for large text.
What about alpha?
#rrggbbaa and rgb(… / 0.5) keep their alpha; contrast ignores transparency.
HSL rounds slightly?
HSL is shown in whole numbers, so converting back to HEX can differ by one.
