Image mosaic / pixelate tool
Drag over what you want to hide and only that area is pixelated. The image never leaves your device.
Drag on the image to select an area.
How to use
- Choose or drop an image.
- Drag over each area to hide; add as many as you need.
- Adjust the block size and download.
Questions
Is my image uploaded?
No. It is processed on a canvas inside your browser and never sent or stored.
Can a mosaic be reversed?
Each block is replaced by its average color, so the original pixels are not in the saved file. Small blocks can still hint at shapes, so use a large block for text and faces.
Is the original changed?
No. Only the new file you download contains the mosaic.
