Questions
Which romanization is used?
Hepburn: し is shi, ち is chi, つ is tsu, ふ is fu.
There is no sound.

Are を and お pronounced the same?
In modern standard Japanese both are usually "o"; を is used only as a particle.
What about ぢ, づ and じ, ず?
They sound the same in standard Japanese; ぢ and づ appear only in some words.
What order should I learn them in?
Usually the basic kana first (あ to わ and ん), then voiced sounds, then combined sounds.
