QR code generator
Enter a URL or text and the QR code appears. Codes never expire, and your input never leaves the browser.
How to use
- Enter a URL or text, or switch to Wi-Fi and enter the network details.
- Choose the error correction, colors and size.
- Download PNG (image) or SVG (sharp at any size, for print).
Questions
Do these codes expire?
No. The content is stored in the code itself; no redirect server is involved.
What is error correction?
How much of the code can be damaged or covered and still read: about 7% for L up to about 30% for H. Higher levels make denser codes.
Can I change the colors?
Yes. Keep the code clearly darker than the background; light-on-dark codes fail in some scanners.
How does the Wi-Fi code work?
Point a phone camera at it to join without typing the password. The password is inside the code, so take care where you post it.
